My name is Maciej Piernik and I am an assistant professor at the Laboratory of Computer Systems in the Institute of Computing Science at Poznan University of Technology. My professional interests include data mining and knowledge discovery. My current work considers pattern-based XML mining, tree similarity, sequential data mining, and classification using network analysis.
